Methodology — exclusivity backed by deliverables

From claim to first monthly report, in four steps, with one retainer per city.

The page that explains, in writing, what happens after a Quorum Local client signs the exclusivity clause — the work, the order, and the report that proves it compounded.

Our four-step methodology

The work, in order, from claim to first monthly report.

The steps below are the same four every retainer runs through — for a Hartford roofer, a New Haven roofer, or a New Britain roofer. Each one builds on the last so the work compounds month over month.

  1. S·01

    Territory availability check

Pick a trade, type a city, and the checker tells you in real time whether the slot is open, filled, or one of the last couple left. Same picker the home page runs — no sales call, no form. Try the homepage checker, or scroll down to the widget on this page.

  2. S·02

    Exclusive territory claim + certificate

The slot locks to one trade in one city. At intake we mint a signed certificate — same fingerprint Quorum Local stores against the roster — so the client owns the claim on paper. Sample: claim your city as the roofer in Hartford, CT.

  3. S·03

Buildout — vertical site + local SEO + paid search

Handover grant on day one. Category tuning, service-list rebuild, citation cleanup, and a weekly photo cadence ship in the first seven days so the Google Business Profile is ship-shape before the second invoice. Every change is logged in the monthly attribution report so the work is auditable, not anecdotal.

Each client also gets a vertical-listed site. Today there is one trade landing at /v/{trade}; the other trades below run through the same URL but land on the waitlist, since they’re not currently being paired with a quorate client.

Paid search is opt-in from week four — Google Ads mapped to each city's exclusivity certificate, budget tied to the monthly attribution report so the spend shows up next to calls, forms, and booked jobs. See the full six-deliverable ledger on the home page.

  4. S·04

    Transparent monthly attribution report

Every month, the client receives a plain-English report — calls, forms, booked jobs, and the channel that produced each. No vanity screenshots, no opaque dashboards. Want to see the shape of one before you ask for availability? See a sample report.

Check your territory

One slot per craft, per city. Tell us yours and we'll tell you whether it's open.

Same picker the sales team uses on the first call. Pick a trade, type a city, and the checker tells you whether the slot is filled or still open.

The exclusivity promise — in writing

One client per trade, per city. The contract says it. The retainer depends on it.

Exclusivity isn’t a slogan. It’s a clause the prospect signs before the first invoice, and it’s what makes a $1,200/mo retainer capable of compounding in a single trade inside a single city.

The clause, verbatim

The exclusivity clause the contract carries
Quorum Local agrees to take on one client per trade per city for the duration of this engagement. Until the client terminates this engagement in writing, Quorum Local will not onboard, market to, or render paid services for any other client operating in the same trade within the same city. In return the client pays the onboarding retainer on the date of signing and the monthly retainer on the first of each calendar month, and supplies the week-one delivery access (Google Business Profile, NAP, trade-vertical specifics) requested on the onboarding form.

The deliverable list

What the retainer actually ships
  • Territory availability check

A real-time picker the prospect uses before signing anything — open, filled, or last-few status, no sales call required.

  • Exclusive territory claim + certificate

One-trade-one-city lock, certificate mounted to the roster, GBP handover grant agreed day one.

  • Buildout — vertical site + local SEO + paid search

Vertical-listed site at /v/<trade>, week-one GBP optimization, citation cleanup, and opt-in paid search wired into the same monthly attribution report.

  • Monthly attribution report

Calls, forms, booked jobs, and the channel that produced each. Plain-English commentary, no opaque dashboards.

Why the retainer depends on it

One client, one city, one retainer

$1,200/mo is the entire scope of work. It only works because we’re singular: one customer per trade, per city, for the life of the engagement. Without exclusivity the retainer would have to clear a sales budget; with it, every dollar goes into the work that compounds in the locked city. Full terms on /pricing, and the clause-by-clause restatement of the contract on /client-agreement.

End of the funnel

Check your territory — open right now or waitlisted.

The methodology above is the work. The next step is the picker: it is already on this page — same widget the home page runs, same one the sales team uses on the first call. Find out whether your trade is open in your city before you read anything else.
